How is it installed?

The following modes are available:
– Cloud (software as a service): ideal for small and medium installations, it is not necessary to install anything. It allows significant savings in terms of hardware costs, licenses, and system maintenance activities. The product is also always automatically updated by Microsoft.
– Azure (infrastructure as a service): for more complex architectures, hosting on the Azure cloud allows you to reduce hardware costs while maintaining greater control over the solution.
– On Premise: installation on company systems allows you to maintain complete control over data, architecture and interfaces.

What are the licensing costs?

There are no fixed license fees, you only pay for (nominal) user licenses starting at a minimum of one license.
There are two main license levels:
– Dynamics Business Central Essentials: 65,50 € per user \ month. It includes General Ledger, Financial Management, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Advanced Warehouse, Project Management, CRM.
– Dynamics Business Central Premium: 93,60 € per user \ month. It includes everything that is present in Essentials and in addition production (manufacturing) and service management.

Is Electronic Invoicing supported?
